How do I place a
wholesale order with Attitude Arcade?
The Attitude Arcade wholesale program is intended for retail stores and sports
organizations. All wholesale orders must be for resale. Please read our
Wholesale Agreement.
To become a
wholesale account, you must submit an application.
During the application process, you will be required to register and create a
Username and Password. Once your application has been approved, you can
login to view wholesale prices and/or place an order.
Our online ordering system is very simple to use. You may process your order with a
credit/debit card online or provide us with your payment in several other ways. Please see

Do you
provide sizing information for items such as t-shirts?
Yes. Size charts are provided for these
items. Sizes will vary for the various brands. Please click on the Size Chart

How do I get a catalog for your
products?
We do not offer a print catalog. Products
change often, so it would be impossible to keep up to date. All of our products are shown
on the Web site and these are updated regularly. Return To FAQ Index
How soon will my order be shipped?
Most products ship within 3 business days. For
products that require a longer ship time, this information is provided on
the page where that specific product is selected and added to the shopping
cart. The shipping time provided for each product is an estimate. If there
will be any unusual delay in shipping, customer will be notified by email
or phone.

Once my order is shipped, how long will it take for delivery to me?
Delivery time by "Standard
Shipping" within the United States is 1 - 5 business days depending on your
location. Specific delivery time for many of our products is shown on the product detail
pages. Some orders will require multiple shipments from different locations, so items will
arrive separately at different times. During the checkout process, you may request "2nd Day"
or "Next Day" shipping. UPS and FedEx do not deliver on weekends,
so please calculate time accordingly. Many of our products can be shipped the same day. If
your order is extremely time sensitive, we suggest that you email to get specific information about when it will be
delivered. Attitude Arcade will not be responsible for any delays

How can I determine the status of my order?
Shipping information will be emailed to
you as soon as it becomes available. Method of shipment with tracking number and estimated
date of delivery will be provided. If multiple shipments are required, there will be

What are my payment options?
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American
Express). Your credit card information must be phoned into us at
1-866-374-3903 after you submit your order. You may also pay by
check or money order. Both of these options are available during the checkout process with

What are your shipping charges?
FREE SHIPPING is provided for all orders within the Continental United States.
Any
additional charges applied to International shipments (customs, duties,
etc.) are out of our control and will be the responsibility of the
customer.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase! When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any
defects or poor workmanship.
Defective items may be retuned
for replacement within 10 days. Please use our RMA Request Form
to request a return authorization. Customers are responsible for shipping
costs for returns.
Your return authorization will give the
proper return address. Please do not send any merchandise to our
office address. Attitude Arcade will not be responsible for any returns
sent to the wrong address.
No returns of any type will be processed without a Return
Goods Authorization Number.
All returned items must be
in original unused condition.
A 10% restocking charge will apply to all returns except
defective merchandise and errors in shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping
costs for returns.
Customized products are nonrefundable.
