How do I place a
wholesale order with Attitude Arcade?
The Attitude Arcade wholesale program is intended for retail stores and sports
organizations. All wholesale orders must be for resale. Please read our
Wholesale Policies.
To place a wholesale t-shirt order, you must
submit an application form. During the
application process, you will be required to tell us how many t-shirts that
you would like to order which will determine your discount to be applied to

Do you
provide sizing information for t-shirts?
Yes. Size charts are provided for these
items. Sizes will vary for the various brands. Please click on the Size Chart

How do I get a catalog for your
products?
We do not offer a print catalog. Products
change often, so it would be impossible to keep up to date. All of our products are shown

How soon will my order be shipped?
Wholesale t-shirts orders usually ship within 3
business days. The shipping time provided for each product is an estimate.
If there will be any unusual delay in shipping, customer will be notified
by email or phone.

Once my order is shipped, how long will it take for delivery to me?
Delivery time for all orders
will be 1 - 5 business days depending on your
location. Specific delivery time for each t-shirt is shown on the product
pages. Some orders will require multiple shipments from different locations, so items will
arrive separately at different times. Attitude Arcade will not be responsible for any delays

How can I determine the status of my order?
Shipping information will be emailed to
you as soon as it becomes available. Method of shipment with tracking number and estimated
date of delivery will be provided. If multiple shipments are required, there will be

What are my payment options?
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American
Express). You may also pay by
check or money order. Both of these options are available during the checkout process with

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase! When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any
defects or poor workmanship.
Defective items may be retuned
for replacement within 10 days. Please use our
RMA Request Form
to request a return authorization. Customers are responsible for shipping
costs for returns except in cases where the need to return is caused by
our error.
Your return authorization will give the
proper return address. Please do not send any merchandise to our
office address. Attitude Arcade will not be responsible for any returns
sent to the wrong address.
No returns of any type will be processed without a Return
Goods Authorization Number.
All returned items must be
in original unused condition.
A 10% restocking charge will apply to all returns except defective
merchandise and errors in shipping.
